OLIO E CONVIVIUM, FIRENZE Cucchiaio d'Argento
From my Hotel Pitti Palace at the end of the Ponte Vecchio on the Oltrano side of the Arno, it's a short walk down the Borgo San Jacopo, across the tiny Piazza Fescobaldi, continuing on just a few paces to the automatically glass sliding doors of Olio e Convivium. What an aroma, a positive feast for my nares.
